How it works

PlanInterview is built around the way recruitment consultants actually schedule interviews: as a host between two parties who do not have access to each other's calendars.

    Recruiter creates an interview

    Pick the role, add the company contact and the candidate, set the proposed slots, and choose on-site or video. The tool emails both sides with their own private link.

    Company contact picks their availability

    They open the link, tick the slots that work, and submit. No login. They can leave a note for the recruiter that the candidate does not see.

    Candidate confirms a final slot

    The candidate sees only the slots both the recruiter and the company have approved. They pick one. The moment they confirm, everyone gets a calendar invite with the meeting details.

    Reminders go out automatically

    One day before and one hour before. On-site invites include the address; video invites include the meeting link.
