For hiring companies
Your vacancies, your candidates, your open items.
You get a view of the processes your consultant runs for you: where each candidate stands, which times need approving and what is waiting on your side. Nothing about the other clients of the desk, and nothing about the candidate that is not yours to see.
- What you see
- Every process for your own vacancies, on the same stage spine the consultant uses. The role, the candidate, the round you are in, the confirmed moment when there is one, and the single next action with its date.
- Waiting on you
- Your open items sit at the top of the page: approve a set of times, nominate a second interviewer, return a scorecard, countersign an offer. One list, no chasing mail.
- What you do not see
- Other clients of the desk, and the internal checklist kept by the consultant. Open items belonging to the candidate stay with the candidate.
- Approving times
- You are shown the times the consultant can host. Tick the ones that work and submit. The candidate then picks from what you both approved, so a slot is never double-booked back to you.
- No account needed to act
- A colleague who has no login can still approve times through a private link, and their answer lands on the same process.
